In the checkout you can choose to pay with vipps or credit/debit card.

After receiving your order confirmation, we will deliver your purchase within 3-4 business days for domestic delivery, and 5-10 business days for international delivery. 

We offer free shipping with Porterbuddy and Helthjem. The package will arrive at your doorstep in the morning before you wake up, Isn't that amazing? 

Shipment outside of Norway could be added at the checkout. Package will be sent with DHL 

You will receive a shipment confirmation on email, when your order has been packed and sent. This mail contains delivery information and the tracing number. 

If the product isn't the perfect fit, you can return your order within 14 days. We’ll give you a full refund within 14 days after the return is received at our warehouse. Please ensure that all items are undamaged, clean, unworn, have the tags on, and are sent back in the original package. 

1. 1. Pay for the return yourself (your package need to have a tracking number). 
2. 2. Return with Helthjem (return fee 99 kr will be charged, and deducted from the refund).

As Norway is not part of the EU, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. Please check with your authorities for more information.  

If you refuse the custom fee and the parcel is returned back to NONA, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. 

All orders in Norway will not get additional customs and import fees.
